Standard digital image formats at 300X300 DPI, i.e. GIF, TIFF, JPEG
If images are not available, we can produce one.
Exact Product List with ext. UCC’s
Please refer to our UCC/EAN Extended Coupon Code Checklist and UCC Format
reference documents. Each product should have a UCC Checklist form filled
out.
Exact Coupon Value & Offer Codes
Standard coupon value codes are used. An offer code is a 5-digit offer
identifier that may be selected and used to track specific redemption from
specific markets or advertisement dates.
Expiration Date
Typically expiration dates are not less than 90 days, but may be any length of
time desired.
Legal Verbiage
This is the text used to direct the retailers for redemption purposes as well
explaining any limits to the offer.
Redemption Address
Redemption volume is dependent on many variables and is difficult to
predict. An in-house office address, department, or P.O. Box is acceptable;
however most companies rely on outside Clearing Houses to handle the
redemption details.
Contact Person(s)
It is necessary for us to be able to contact the person with contract
authority, as well as the coordinating individual and any creative
department/individual in order to complete production and get final
publication approval(s).
